Questions leaders ask
What is the difference between motivation and engagement?
Motivation is what drives a person to act. Engagement is how connected and committed people feel to their work and their organization. Leaders can shape the conditions for both.
How do you make training stick?
Learning sticks when people can use it right away, get support from their manager and see why it matters. The Fostering Learning session includes a Training Transfer Check to spot what is helping or blocking transfer.
Is work/life balance realistic?
Balance suggests an even split that rarely happens. The Work/Life Harmony session reframes it as harmony: knowing what matters most in each season and building habits that protect it.
